We will record and report all the S/N and Model numbers for all your appliances to make sure there are no recalls. If there are we will help you get the manufacturer fix the recall for free.
RecallTrak
After everything is entered into recallchek, the trak part comes in. This is a lifetime service, that will keep you up to date on the appliances entered and any new one you might put in yourself after your move in.
90 Day Warranty
With this warranty you will be protected 90 days after the day of the inspection on any missed items. This will cover structural to the roof and everything in between.
