Medium Home Inspection is designated for condos or homes 1,801-3,000 SQFT and includes:

-Thermal Imaging

-Flyby Drone Roof Inspection

This inspection is the same as the basic, just on a larger scale. This inspection is for homes over 3,000 SQFT. These take on average 3-4 hours to complete due to the additional systems in the larger home.
